I do not live near EXPO MOTORCARS, how will I pick up my vehicle?

A Large portion of our business is outside of the Houston area, therefore we ship vehicles nationwide affordably. EXPO MOTORCARS have shipped vehicles ranging from a $5,000 first car for a teenager to $500,000 Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Shipping is surprisingly affordable (sometimes just a few hundred dollars) and it rarely takes over 7 days to receive your vehicle, depending on what part of the country you are in. Or, if you prefer to pick up your vehicle yourself, we are located approximately 25 minutes from Houston Hobby Airport and approximately 45 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. We will be happy to arrange transportation from either airport at buyer’s expense.

How does the process work?

Browse our website and find the vehicle that is right for you. Then you can either call us or purchase the vehicle online using the “BUY IT NOW” button. We can arrange (Financing if necessary), Appraise your Trade-in (Trade-In Appraisal), and arrange Delivery / Shipping of your vehicle. Once we have reviewed all of the numbers and answered all of your questions, we take a $500 deposit that is applied toward your vehicle. If you are not putting money down (if Financing), we will refund your deposit at the time of delivery.

Is my deposit refundable?

Yes the deposit is refundable conditionally. Once you place a deposit, we remove the car from an ongoing Auction site (example: eBay) so that the car cannot be purchased online while you’re doing your due diligence. When you find a vehicle you would like to consider, you can click on the “BUY IT NOW” button which will allow you to place a $500 deposit on the car. We will refund the deposit if we have misrepresented the vehicle online or if the vehicle fails a professional inspection. The deal must be consummated within 3 business days from the day of the deposit. Please notify us for any exceptions. We really do make it easy!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All vehicles have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned title).
• All dealers and individuals welcome!
• You may contact EXPO MOTORCARS by phone during normal business hours at (855-636-1200) or E- mail(sales@expomc.com) to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail.
• The buyer may put down a $500 deposit required via wire transfer, Visa/MC, or certified funds(cashier's check) to start the transaction.
• All sales are subject to a documentary fee of $95, state inspection fee of $39.75, Appearance Pkg. $295 and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .2105% of the purchase price. Ex: $10,000.00 X .002105 = $21.05.
• Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, registration fee of $106.00. Out-of-state customers may register and pay taxes on the vehicle in their own applicable state. Upon request, we can also complete the buyer’s home state registration.
• We will arrange shipping with pleasure for the buyer. Also, we will gladly arrange pickup from the airport. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and the transportation to and from the airport at our location.
• Most of our vehicles are Frontline, Off-lease, or Trade-in vehicles from Upscale Franchise Dealerships (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, Ferrari, Lexus, etc...). In translation, most of the vehicles we sell are individual-owned cars before becoming trade-ins or lease turn-ins.
• EXPO MOTORCARS makes every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients with keys, key fobs, manuals, booklets, NAV CDs, wheel locks, tool kits, etc..., however, from time-to-time, a vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
• The vehicles in inventory are pre-owned vehicles and are sold as "As Is" condition. However, most vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details.
• For Overseas car buyers: If the title is to be released at the time of delivery (which is pretty much mandatory to get your vehicle thru customs), and wire transfer is immediate. If the payment is not a bank wire transfer, i.e., certified bank check or approved loan check, the title will only be released when all funds have cleared. Please keep in mind that the funds verification process can take up to 15 days. We will assist buyers with whatever documents you will need to clear customs, but knowing exactly which documents are required by your home province are the buyer’s responsibility.
